Our chicken noodle soup-style kalguksu is made with a rich chicken broth that has been simmered for over four hours, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You can also choose a spicy option to suit your taste! Our kalguksu pairs perfectly with thinly sliced bossam (boiled pork), and don’t miss out on our bibim kalguksu, a refreshing cold and spicy noodle dish loaded with vegetables.
