If you enjoy a bit of exercise or just want a little more energy to help you get through your day, focus on a daily regimen of juicing that includes regular beets. Weekend warrior athletes as well as busy Moms and Dads are turning to beet juice for it’s energy benefits.
Tip: For this recipe I like to remove the beet greens. You can include them if you like, but I prefer this drink without them. I just reserve them for my next green drink recipe.
