For way too many of us, our lives have been ruled by the ups and downs of the numbers on the scale.
You lose some weight, you gain some weight. Am I right?
It’s an endless cycle that we can all relate to. We hit a weight loss goal, and then we go back to eating just a little better than we did before we started to diet. And the next thing we know we have gained all of the weight back that we lost and then a little more.
You don’t have to keep living like this!
The First Step Is To Stop Dieting
Every time you go on a restrictive diet you’re wreaking havoc with your metabolism. You cut calories or entire food groups and you start to lose weight by sticking to the diet. There’s just one problem.
You’re burning fat and muscle.
The more muscle you burn, the more fat you gain when you go off the diet.
To make matters worse, if you get back to your pre-diet weight, you now have more fat and less muscle than before you started dieting.
And that’s why it’s harder for you to lose weight with the next diet you go on.
Does that sound like you?
The Second Step Is To Eat Foods That Nourish And Promote Fat Burn
I don’t want you to lose weight. I want to help you to burn fat so that you can retain your muscle while moving the scale down all at the same time. We’re going to do that with food.
Tomorrow I’ll show you what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, how to incorporate juicing, and why you don’t even need to exercise if you don’t want to. You’re going to have energy to burn once you start eating like this. So much so that your gym motivation is going to start return, however.
More on that tomorrow. I’m just getting geared up here and I’m super excited to share with you the foods and juice recipes that have helped me burn off my belly fat and to help me keep it off.
Here it is: A healthy food plan than incorporates juicing.
